I faced a bug where two planets with the same name shared the same extractor
Implemented and pushed in
e2d4297. Generated planets now carry deterministic chunk-based planet IDs; extractor storage, live planet markers, world-map badges, landing state, and surface feature seeding use that identity while names remain display-only. Added a regression that locates two generated planets with the same name and proves an extractor does not leak between them. Relevant extractor/marker tests pass.
