the command center does not look good, find it a better look
Done.
What it looks like now: a tactical plotting hub instead of a diamond with three pips. A hexagonal rim with a fainter deck ring nested inside it, six spokes bracing the rim to a central diamond command core with a lit readout, and six masts standing proud of the rim - three carrying a diamond formation token, three left empty. The structure itself narrates "formation slots, some filled, some open", which is exactly what the drag-and-drop editor inside it does.
It is deliberately the odd one out in silhouette: the mothership is radial and swept, the crafter is asymmetric and industrial, so the command center is rigid, symmetric and hexagonal - a console rather than a ship or a yard. Keeps its blue-violet colour, ~226 units across, in the same size band as its siblings.
The build-menu icon was updated to echo the same silhouette, otherwise the thing you pick would not resemble the thing you get.
Files:
Building.gd(_draw_command_center+_diamondhelper andCMD_*consts),IconButton.gd(_draw_command_icon).Verified: two rendered iterations reviewed by eye (the first pass was too thin, the nested deck ring and rim sockets were added to bring its density up to its siblings'). It stays static - no per-frame redraw - and
test_crafter_animationasserts that.test_build_menu_iconsand the full 37-test suite pass.
