Done in 0e07187.

Unresearched structures are hidden from the build menu rather than listed greyed out. The menu is a fixed grid in Main.tscn, so hiding entries alone would leave holes where they used to be - it repacks around whatever is researched, and an entry alone on its row is centred rather than hanging in the left column looking like something is missing beside it.

One distinction kept deliberately: researched but not usable right now is still shown, greyed. An extractor with no planet under the fleet is a "not now", not a "not yet", and hiding it would be misleading.

This reverses a decision that was written down in the code - the old comment argued that always listing everything stops the player wondering whether the game has a structure at all. test_skill_tree asserted exactly that behaviour and failed, correctly; it now asserts hidden instead of greyed-but-listed. The gate itself is untouched and still refuses a build forced past the menu by another route.

Verified with a render at 720x1280: with only Shipyards and Logistics researched, the menu shows Mothership and Ship Crafter on the first row and the Extractor centred alone on the second, with Command Center and Transport Hub gone entirely and no gaps.

Full suite: 49/49.
