the explored map should be reset after being teleported out of the black hole, this prevents the 30 chunks quest to be automatically fullfilled #209

Implemented in commit 6e13b63 on main.

explored_chunks is cleared on the whiteout teleport itself, after the fleet moves so that a chunk recorded at the old position on that same frame goes with it. The convoy charts its way north for the whole prologue and none of that map is anywhere near where the breach drops the survivors, so beyond being a map of somewhere else it handed the player "Chart 30 sectors" already finished the moment the quest was offered.

Verification
test_intro_scene.gd asserts it at the point it already checks the teleport. Not "the map is empty" - the exploration tracker charts a neighbourhood around the fleet the moment it arrives, so what is asserted is that nothing REMOTE survived: every chunk still on the map is one the survivors can see from where they now are. (My first attempt did assert empty, and correctly failed.)
